STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation up to 1 day before the activity of the travel date selected at the time of purchase.
The amount paid will be refunded through the same payment method that was used when making the purchase. Approximate term between 3 to 15 working days.
The company reserves the right to accept or reject a purchase for any reason, including but not limited to:
Mistake in the price
Description or image of the service and/or activity
Adverse weather conditions.

SHIPMENT DEADLINE
As a general rule, the passenger must be ready for boarding and provided with the corresponding documentation – reservation confirmation or boarding pass and personal documentation – about 20 minutes in advance. before the departure of the ship.
The time limit for acceptance to boarding is 10 min. before the ship’s scheduled departure time. After the boarding time limit, the seat reservation will be automatically lost, leaving the boarding acceptance subject to availability.
IN CASE OF NO SHOW
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if for any reason the ticket holder does not show up on the date and time indicated, the ticket will be considered expired and there is no right to a refund.
In case of verifying that the locator has not been used, they will be valid for one year from the date of travel, for this you must contact us.
ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS
